    Not at all. Powered By XP is designed for business owners—not developers. Our platform uses a simple interface, drag-and-drop modules, and pre-built templates so you can manage everything without technical knowledge.
  • Can I preview my website before it goes live?
    Yes! Before your site launches, you'll receive a live preview link to review the layout, test booking flows, verify waivers, and request changes.
  • Will my site be mobile-friendly?
    100%. Every Powered By XP website is fully responsive, which means it looks and works great on all devices—phones, tablets, and desktops.
  • How do I access and manage my account?
    Log in at your custom admin url, where you’ll find your business dashboard. From here, you can manage bookings, orders, waivers, products, pages, and more.
  • Can I update my business info or services after launch?
    Yes, you can easily update your hours, pricing, service descriptions, photos, and contact information anytime from your dashboard.
  • How do I add new products or services?
    Go to your eCommerce or booking module and click “Add New.” You’ll be guided through adding pricing, descriptions, images, and availability.
  • What if I forget my login credentials?
    Just click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, and we’ll email you a reset link. Still having trouble? Contact our support team.
  • Can multiple team members access the account?
    Yes. You can create multiple user roles with specific permissions—perfect for staff who handle bookings, customer service, or inventory.
  • What do the different pricing plans include?
    All plans come with core features like eCommerce, booking, waivers, reporting, and support. Higher-tier plans include advanced analytics, marketing tools, and priority support.
  • Is there a free trial available?
    No. However, we don't charge you anything until we've successfully completed your on-boarding and have your system completely ready.
  • How is billing handled?
    Billing is daily or weekly, depending on your plan and preference. Payments are processed securely via ACH, and you’ll receive invoices in your email each cycle.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
    Absolutely. You can switch plans anytime from your dashboard, and any prorated charges or credits will be automatically adjusted.
  • Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
    No hidden fees. Some plans may include a one-time setup fee if advanced customization is required, but this will always be clearly communicated upfront.
  • Can Powered By XP integrate with third-party tools?
    Yes. Our platform integrates with popular tools like Google Calendar, Mailchimp, Zapier, and more. Let us know what you use, and we’ll help you connect it.

  • What happens if I cancel my account?
    If you cancel, your site will stay live until the end of your billing period. After that, your account and all associated data will be deactivated unless you choose to export your content.

    Yes! We provide onboarding calls, video tutorials, and personalized walkthroughs to help you get the most out of Powered By XP.
  • Can I use my own domain name?
    Of course. You can connect your existing domain or purchase a new one during setup. We’ll help with configuration if needed.
