The short version
We store the data your field puts into the platform — customers, bookings, waivers and payment records — so we can provide the service. We do not sell it, and we do not use one field's data to benefit another.
Points to cover with your lawyer
- What is collected, from tenants and from their end customers
- Your role as processor for tenant data, and theirs as controller
- Sub-processors — Stripe, Square, your email provider, Cloudflare, your host
- Retention, especially for signed waivers, and deletion on request
